Be resilient in failure and pain
Build a strong foundation for creativity and leadership
Pain, hurt, failure, failing is part of life and work. The pain could be not getting the promotion, experiencing a disappointment, or not feeling valued or respected. This can kill creativity, confidence, and the ability to lead. Also, too often people act out their hurt instead of feeling the hurt. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to a process of getting back on your feet and work with issues that may need to to be tackled if they want to rebuild strong. Rebuilding from falling builds self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
